The Warriors offer participants a fantastic all-round aerobic and anaerobic workout, and also helps to develop speed, flexibility, strength and co-ordination.
In short, we'll give structure to your learning and teach you skills to boost mind, body and spirit.
We use a mixture of karate, kickboxing, sparring, combinations, bag work, pad work and more to take your fitness to new levels. We want to inspire you – but most of all we want you to have fun.
The martial arts are a great activity for 4 to 7 year olds. Those who have studied child development say that these are the most crucial years of development and we provide a great way to aid a positive development.
Our Kids Zone Program is based on the core values of Martial Arts training. Our core curriculum includes hi-energy drills and skills designed to build and condition each child's attitude, behavior and overall character development.
First and foremost, martial arts offer exciting and dynamic training for the mind, body & spirit.
The Warriors offer our adults a dynamic step-by-step workout, coached by a Nationally Certified Instructor at every class you attend.
Contact Karate was the original name for Kickboxing. Our style was formed for Full Contact fighters, with greats like Howard 'The Hawk' Brown and Kash 'The Flash' Gill all representing the English Contact Karate Association (ECKA).
Over the years, many Full Contact fighters have been produced by ECKA & WCKA clubs and also teams in Points Fighting, Light Continuous & Traditional Karate Kumite were active across the UK and the World.
